Haven’t been to the dentist in 15 years, Laura, Eddie and Dr Hahn made me feel very comfortable and no one was judgmental during my entire visit. This is the first time I’ve been excited about my teeth. Thank you. Genuinely appreciate the staff here.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff is laid back, friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Crofts is super knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in a way that you’ll understand. I’ve had regular check ups here and even a root canal, every experience has been a pleasure. I will always recommend City Dental!

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at City Dental! My hygienist Heather (?) is so lovely to catch up and the front desk staff is very knowledgeable about insurance, costs and other services. Navigating parking nearby is the only downside at times but that’s city life.

This was my first appointment at this dental office since we are visiting Portland more often. Dr Han took extra time for me and seems very kind and gentle in her approach. Fabiana was my dental hygienist and she did a great job too. Also gentle but directive with me as well, which I appreciate. The front office was very accommodating around my schedule and put me into an open slot as soon as it became available which really helped me with my circumstances. Everyone there was professional and great.

Great experience! All the staff were kind, personable and efficient. They were very considerate of my comfort and answered all the questions I asked. The dentist thoroughly explained my dental care needs.

Love the dentist that I see (Dr. Han) and I have had some very good dental hygenists. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that at every single visit (I've been going there > 2 years now) they use these ridiculously inaccurate wrist blood pressure cuffs to take your blood pressure. I know my blood pressure, I take medicine for it and it is carefully controlled, I have it regularly monitored at my doctor's office. Today at my dental cleaning my blood pressure reading was easily 50% higher on both numbers than what I know it to be. Like, I should be bleeding out of my eyes with that reading... Why bother taking the blood pressure, getting readings that are so high as to be emergency room qualifying, and then just shrug and go "huh" and continue with the exam? Either get better equipment or stop doing it. "Checking a box" isn't in the patient's best interest. I give this feedback at every single exam. Yet here we are. Other than that, the place is great.

Not a fan of having multiple people stick their hands and drills in my mouth, and have had some really bad experiences that led me to not see a dentist for several years. When I absolutely needed to go back, and saw this place was in network, I reluctantly scheduled because of how many good reviews there were. After a few (very necessary) visits, my teeth are feeling incredible and I’m here to attest to the positive reviews. Incredible staff and environment, made sure to make me feel comfortable. Excited to say for the first time ever, I’m not dreading my next dental cleaning.

City Dental is the best practice I’ve been to in my life. Going to the dentist usually isn’t pleasurable but at City Dental, everyone from the front office to the doctors make it easy and comfortable. They’re always on time and just make you feel #1 throughout your experience. Highly recommend!

It’s always a wonderfully experience at City Dental. The team ,Lisa, Taylor are welcoming and profession. The doctors, Dr Han and Dr Crofts took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel at ease. The office is clean, well organized, and runs efficiently. You can tell they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.

Very nice people, nice doctors, and lots of extra attention to mindfulness. They offer essential oils, headphones, and snacks! I’ve had crowns done here and several cleanings. As someone who doesn’t look forward to the dentist, they have been reassuring and completed good work. I

The staff at City Dental was wonderful. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The hygienist and dentist both explained everything they were doing thoroughly and made sure I was completely comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
