I cannot even begin to adequately describe how much I love Thrive Dental. I was in the middle of having an implant done at another practice and was having a bad experience. I figured I'd try calling around to see if I could possibly continue the work elsewhere and was lucky enough to call Thrive. From the very first conversation they were going above and beyond to help me; Jessica, Mandi, and Connor were all calling and texting me to help me get scheduled immediately, letting me know the pricing, doing everything they could to help with insurance, and keeping me updated each step of the way. The work that I needed was a bit complicated and required the office to overnight a new device, but they did not ever act like I was being a burden--in fact they did absolutely everything they possibly could do in order to help me as fast as possible. In the appointment itself, Erica and Dr. Figs were incredibly nice, patient, and put me at such ease-- I have never encountered a team of people as professional and kind as they all are in this office. In the short amount of time I have been working with Thrive, they have outreached me to get me seen sooner than I was originally going to be seen on multiple occasions, have made last-minute adjustments to improve my care and make things easier for me, have saved me literally THOUSANDS of dollars compared to my other dentist, and again, they are literally the nicest people on earth. I had accepted that I was likely going to be waiting until the end of the summer to finish this dental work at the other practice, and now, early in the summer, Thrive has finished EVERYTHING for me. I am so happy and I would tell anyone to come here, having a great team of people helping you with stressful things like dental work makes such a massive difference. Thank you all so much for being so great at what you do!!!

Honestly so happy we found Thrive Dental Studio. Everyone there is incredibly kind and welcoming and you can tell they really care about their patients. The office is beautiful, clean, and runs so smoothly, which makes appointments feel way less stressful. They explain everything clearly, never make you feel rushed, and are amazing with both our kids and us. The whole team is friendly and professional and it just feels like a place that genuinely wants people to have a good experience. I also love the aquarium and the Lego art!

I recommend Dr. Cassidy Sye to anyone that mentions needing a dentist!! Its so hard to find a dentist that knows what they’re doing and has you leaving so happy with your results. He makes sure you understand everything and shoots it to you straight! Which I love!! Ive never felt so cared for and comfortable while at the dentist. He even recommended at home products to help with my enamel and its been working so great!! All the staff there are super friendly.. from the assistants to the front desk, you will be taken care of. If you’ve been struggling to find a dentist thats super knowledgeable, thoughtful and comfortable then you NEED to check out Dr. Cassidy Sye. I wont go to anyone else anymore.

I’ve been a patient here for years. The facility is clean and well run, and the staff are very knowledgeable. I feel I’m in good hands with my dental health. I recently had a frustrating experience with conflicting information about charges and had to follow up multiple times to get clarity. That said, management stepped in, resolved the issue, honored the original pricing, and extended an additional discount to make it right. I’d recommend double-checking details, but I appreciate how the situation was handled and would still recommend Thrive Dental.

By far the best Dentist office/practice I have been too. As someone who can deal with crippling dental anxiety, I typically dont last more then a appointment at a time at a Dental office. That all changed here. Dr Fig and his team made me feel comfortable and in good hands. Also stepping in to such a high tech updated dental office was a breathe of fresh air. Don't hesitate to set up a appointment here!
